Colleagues from across Proactive embraced a varied programme of activities spanning multiple locations.

The week began with riverside walks in Godalming and Manchester, afternoon tea in Cambridge and creative team-building activities in Bristol.

Tuesday’s Happiness Jar and Swap Shop encouraged colleagues to exchange positive messages and thoughtful gestures, while Wednesday’s Board Game Lunch offered a fun twist on the traditional lunch break.

On Thursday, teams created a Gratitude Wall where colleagues could leave messages of appreciation and recognition for one another.

The celebrations culminated in the Proactive Fun Oscars, an opportunity to recognise the memorable, funny and uplifting moments that make working together so enjoyable.
