From team lunches and gratitude walls to quizzes, awards and community fundraising, the week showcased the many ways our colleagues support, recognise and celebrate one another.
Happiness at Work Week
Bringing colleagues together across AM Healthcare
Last week, teams across AM Healthcare came together to celebrate Happiness at Work Week, with a variety of activities designed to promote wellbeing, strengthen connections and create opportunities for colleagues to step away from their day-to-day roles and enjoy time together.

What our colleagues said
“This was my first ever Happiness at Work Week, and it was so much fun. It's so nice to feel part of a team and laugh with colleagues. I'm already planning next year's!”
Rachel Curtis, Head Office
“I'm grateful for this week of kindness and for the reminder to stop, appreciate the people around us and recognise the positive things we sometimes take for granted.”
Lauriane Piovanacci, SARL
“After spending such a long time working from home, it was wonderful to socialise, catch up and have a good laugh with everyone. It was great to enjoy lunch together in Abingdon, and Ang's brilliant dice game made the day even more fun.”
Katy Hyder-Smith, Head Office
“Being able to come into the office and see so many different areas of the business coming together and enjoying time together was fantastic. Sometimes we get drawn into day-to-day tasks and lose sight of the wider teams we work with. It was nice to take that step back and simply enjoy some time together.”
Nicky Bird, Head Office
Thank you
A huge thank you to everyone who organised activities, took part and helped make Happiness at Work Week such a success. The week demonstrated the strength of our culture across AM Healthcare and highlighted the importance of taking time to connect, recognise one another and celebrate the people who make our organisation such a special place to work.
