Opcare Norwich

Norwich kicked off the week with a creative positivity challenge. Each colleague was tasked with secretly incorporating a positive word or phrase into as many conversations as possible without being caught.

Together, the team achieved more than 50 positive conversations throughout the day, with Clive emerging as the winner after successfully using the word “happy” an impressive 30 times, including a few musical performances along the way.

Adding a thoughtful touch to the challenge, technician Rachel surprised colleagues by creating personalised keyrings featuring each person’s chosen word.

The rest of the week included quizzes, games and team lunches, giving colleagues the chance to relax, connect and celebrate the contributions that make Norwich such a positive place to work.

The week concluded with the Norwich Awards, providing plenty of laughter and recognition as colleagues reflected on a successful week together.
