Crispin
Crispin colleagues embraced Happiness at Work Week with a packed programme of activities that brought plenty of friendly competition, laughter and team spirit throughout the week.
The celebrations began on Monday with a game of Bingo, where staff put their luck to the test in pursuit of the top prize. Congratulations to Amber Glennon Palmer, who claimed victory and took home a £25 Amazon voucher.
Tuesday saw colleagues taking part in a Bean Bag Toss Challenge, which proved so popular that even one of the patients joined in on the fun. After some impressive performances, Charlie Gelder emerged as the winner and received a £25 Amazon voucher.
On Wednesday, the team took a well-earned break with Chai & Coco, enjoying coffee, cake and the opportunity to catch up with colleagues away from their usual routines.
The competitive spirit continued on Thursday with the Sticky Balls Challenge, where accuracy and determination were the order of the day. Lee Wood came out on top, earning another £25 Amazon voucher.
The week concluded on Friday with a Unicycle Challenge and Bowls Tournament. While many gave the unicycle a try, there was one clear standout performer. Rachel was the only person able to successfully ride it, earning plenty of admiration from her colleagues. The final competition winner of the week was Ethan Stubley, who rounded off the celebrations with a well-deserved victory.
Reflecting on the week, Crispin colleagues highlighted the fun, camaraderie and sense of togetherness the activities created. The enthusiasm across the team was clear to see, with many already looking forward to the next event and discussions about a future Crispin Olympics already underway. A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the week such a success.
