For the NAV team, Happiness at Work Week meant rolling up their sleeves and getting creative, even while working remotely.

The team got together on Teams for an air-dry clay sculpting session, with everyone making something of their own. Aaron made a submarine, Konstantin a dinosaur, and Roger an octopus and a set of dice, while Amy made a pond ring dish.

The session brought plenty of laughter and a welcome chance to bond as a team away from the usual day-to-day work.

The team enjoyed it so much that they’ve already decided to organise more team-building activities together in the future.
