Cambridge colleagues spent the week recognising what motivates them and celebrating the people around them.

The “Why I Do What I Do” wall encouraged everyone to share what inspires them in their role, creating a powerful reminder of the impact our teams have on the people they support.

Tuesday focused on colleague recognition, with team members nominating one another for awards and celebrating the contributions made every day.

Movement Bingo on Wednesday encouraged everyone to take a break from their desks, get active and enjoy some friendly competition, while Thursday’s bring-and-share lunch brought together food, music, team awards and a group photo.

The week concluded with a P&O Fun Day featuring quizzes and games organised by Greg and Sophia, ending the celebrations on a high note.
