Ability Matters Group is delighted to announce that we have been named as the Motability’s large fleet Dealer of the Year for the second year running!
The award recognises outstanding service to customers of the Motability Scheme, and is based on direct customer feedback. Our customers scored us an average of 9.83/10 over the past 12 months, giving us the highest score for dealerships with a fleet size of over 200, demonstrating our commitment to high standards of care.
Ian Goswell, Commercial Services Director for Motability Operations Ltd., commented:
“The Motability Scheme introduced the scooter and powered wheelchair dealership awards to recognise those dealerships delivering exceptional levels of customer service. It’s very pleasing to see such high levels of customer feedback for Ability Matters Group. It’s an honour to congratulate you on winning this award, not least because of the strong competition from other dealerships within this category.”
We are proud that our customers acknowledge our hard work, and look forward to continuing in the same vein into the coming year. Thank you to Motability for the ongoing support, and thank you to our customers for rating us so highly!
