What are Simple Wrist Splints?

An elasticated or neoprene sleeve which extends from the mid palm area to the lower forearm. The sleeve opens along the back of the wrist/hand and is secured with velcro closures. There is a lightweight removable metal strip positioned in a pocket along the front (palmer) side of the splint which is shaped to the wrist anatomy at supply.
