Have access to 3D scanning?
At Crispin Orthotics we have the ability to mill out your 3D files on our 4 axis 3d milling machine. Send us your rectified images and we can mill them in either high density polyurethane foam, ideal for vacuum forming high temperature thermoplastics, or expanded polystyrene, which is very cost effective and good for the use of reference models.
Our machine has probably the largest capacity of any UK milling machine used in the production of Orthotics. Want a kafo in one piece, no problem, unless you have an 8ft leg!!
We can accept all standard 3d file formats, and being open source, our machine is not restricted to the type of software you use.
