UK Prosthetic Clinical Support Manager

We currently have a vacancy within our commercial team as UK Clinical Support Manager. We are looking for someone to deliver excellent service and education to our customers by attaining industry leading product knowledge, and by actively seeking out the opportunities to increase usage of our products, making you and Ortho Europe the ‘go-to’ experts.

 

Our ideal next colleague:

 

  • Has >2years clinical experience as CPO in prosthetics (Upper extremity and commercial experience is an advantage).
  • Is a team player, willing to support colleagues and share best practice.
  • Is able and willing to learn about and provide clinical support for new complex technologies (e.g. MPKs, MAH’s).
  • Must be willing to travel 3 to 4 days per week to visit clinics and customers (including occasional international travel and congress support).
  • Is comfortable having responsibility for and working to sales targets, complete territory planning, keep customer call records and report on activities.
  • Has a proactive ‘can-do’ mindset to identify, create and follow up on business growth opportunities.
  • Is able to work at a consistent high rate, independently.
  • Is focused on delivering customer satisfaction and the best possible level of services, support and education.
  • Enjoys problem solving.
  • Has optimal patient outcomes at the forefront of every customer interaction.
  • Is resilient and persistent.
